My first impression was a rv junk yard! The people living here appear impoverished. Cars missing windows, tarps badly thrown over sone campers. I did not stay!
It's close to home and work.
Super cheap, because there are no facilities. Just a grass lot behind a gas station and they cram the spots in. Shady residents. Make sure you lock everything.
Any rating other than a five obviously hasn't lived here. Both management and residents are kind, courteous and quiet. Have never had any problems and feel very safe living here day or night time.
