Not Rio's- Rosita's... Good food, nice service. Side order of toast was late and service was a bit abrupt, but all in all good. :)
I hated it the food tastes like it's right out the can if you don't come before 10;30 am there is no food until lunch and when I called today they said breakfast was still being served this was at 9;30 got there not even 5 mins later they had no food.
