I have been a customer here since this place opened! My punch cards are always misplaced!! Never have I gotten a free wash smh! Oh well! But what does make me upset is that the $6.75 machine has taken my money and they dont refund you! Just now I am here washing and it did it again! Employee was rude and said it was my fault and I lost my $2 extra that it took the machine to start!! She was very rude “lecturing” me on how to operate machine!! I am not stupid, I tried explaining to her what happened and she did not care to understand!!!
Left my clothes to be wash dry and folded it was all bed sheet sets one whole set is missing
